Each meeting includes warm-ups, technique practice, patterns, sparring drills, and self-defense training, all led in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

No experience is required! Beginners and experienced martial artists are both encouraged to attend. Come ready to learn, train, and challenge yourself alongside a supportive group of students who share a passion for martial arts.

What to bring: comfortable athletic wear or a dobok, water, and a positive attitude!
