The Women in Industry initiative within the Rowland School of Business is exploring Sustainable Ethical Practices through a virtual speaker series and certificate program. The fifth session, Sustainable Ethical Practices Toolkit: Ethics and the Employee Life Cycle, features Senior Director of Human Resources, Diane Houser. Diane will explore how organizations can effectively integrate ethical practices into the employee life cycle to ensure an ethically sound workplace culture.
